What exactly do you do differently from other AI consultants?

What data do you need from us?
It depends on the use case. For many prototypes, we don't need internal data at all — we can start with publicly available models. When it comes to company-specific assistants or automations, we work through together which data is relevant, available, and compliant.
How quickly will we see first results?
After Scoping (3–5 days) you already have a prioritized use-case map. After a Prototype Sprint (2–4 weeks) you have something clickable in hand. We prioritize making sure you have something tangible early — not after months of strategy work.
What does it cost?
It depends on scope. A scoping workshop (1–2 days) starts at a fixed, transparent price. Prototype Sprints and Pilots are scoped by effort. In the intro call, we'll give you an honest sense of what's realistic for your project — no hidden costs.
How much internal effort will it require on our side?
We're designed to minimize your internal load. For the scoping dialogue, we use our own AI platform — meaning employees can participate asynchronously, at their own pace, with no complex workshop logistics. For feedback and alignment, expect a few hours per week.
How do you ensure the solution actually gets used?
That's the core of our approach: we build adoption in from the start, not as an afterthought. Structured dialogue during scoping surfaces concerns and needs early — so the solution can be shaped around real requirements. We actively accompany the pilot and rollout phases.
What about data privacy and security?
Data privacy checkpoints are built into every phase. We recommend compliant solutions — on-premise or with European providers where needed — and address access and data residency concepts early. For legal sign-off, we recommend involving your data protection officer.
